This special offer includes all of the following:

1. Pay the $15,000 partner fee 
2. Receive $20 monthly for each of 150 patients - $3,000 monthly
3. Guarantee of 20 payments minimally - $60,000 income on your $15,000 expense
4. Accelerate first 5 payments into 2 payments - $7,500 each in May and June
5. The remaining guarantee will start in July and continue for at least an additional 15 payments, but there is no cap so it could be considerably more
